Help Wanted: for a French extended version of The Hobbit trilogy

I worked on the french version of Star wars despecialized edition, and now I’m currently working on the hobbit trilogy.
I’m working on it because the extended version of the three movies have elven/orc subtitles forced in the picture.
I already done “the desolation of Smaug”
I’m looking either for a master without the subtitles so I could put the french one, either the additional scene “bath of the dwarf” (en unxepected journey) and “Imprisonned Gandalf” (battle of the five armies) without any subtitles or with subtitles low enough to allow me to erase the ones of the blu-ray/DVD.

Did any of the international Blu-Ray releases of the Hobbit movies have soft subs? I know the US ones are hardsubbed, but the US LOTR trilogy is soft-subbed.

France is hardsubbed, and I think all european country are, I know a not hardsubbed version do exist as the VOD version doesn’t have the hardsub in english, but they hardsubbed it in french with some bad spelling and not the font of the movie. A solution would be to have the scene with Gandalf imprisonned in VOD in any language which have only one line of hardsub.
I’ll make some screen cap to explain more easily.

I think the first Hobbit movie on iTunes didn’t have burnt-in English subs. Not sure about which cut though.
