I wish I would’ve seen it in 3D when it was rereleased.
I saw the 3D version opening day. The theater was packed and the crowd cheered when the 3D opening crawl started. First time I ever saw an audience cheer for a movie. I also met an actual Star Wars fan my age (a rarity for me). We sat next to each other and had fun pointing out every easter egg. The 3D was also done rather good from my recollection.
It’s one of the fondest memories I have.

The funny thing about the 3D version was I remember it being almost perfect except for one moment during the pod race when Anakin fixes something broken on the pod by pointing a tool at the screen. Because it was one long object meeting at a head, it caused the only moment of ghosting I had seen in the whole film. At the time, I forgave it, but when I later learned that that scene was added in later it made me a lot more annoyed. Like, it could have been perfect if you could just leave your movies alone.
