It does seem to indicate that the hologram is coming from the temple and not Palp’s office from the prior video clips. So it must indicate that Palp’s did go there. This makes me think like how a president will visit an area struck by a major disaster of some kind. For Palp’s, his “official” reason for him is to inspect the temple after the so-called Jedi Rebellion (Historical site you know!) … but his true reason was to inspect Anakin’s work, and loyalty since they have begun the Master and Apprentice relationship.
