I'm trying to pull down Magnoliafan's edits, but I got yours from MySpleen, and yours are DVDs, so that will make them better regardless.I saw your episode III ideas and think they sound good. Hopefully I'll remember to look for it when it comes out, and hopefully there will be a LOT more deleted scenes to put back into that movie, even though I enjoyed the theatrical release very much. More scenes of Jedis getting slaughtered would be cool.
I still have a few more things I would like to see in my own personal edit of Phantom Menace, and I've been screwing around with editing software, but it doesn't come so easy for me. I had given up until I downloaded your version. You have actually done most of the heavy lifting for me, and now all I have to do is a few smaller cuts. There is one HUGE change I want to try to make, and I'm not sure how to do it, but will figure it out. My version of the Phantom Menace is going to end with Qui-Gons funeral pyre, just after it pans over to Siduous. Somehow I'd like to keep that solumn music going as the credits role, and COMPLETELY remove that painful peace parade at the end of the movie. Damn I hate that scene. It may not work completely, but if I can get it to work it will give that movie a nice ominous ending to serve as a prelude for the dark times ahead. Too much? I'm done. Thanks again.
