The TBS/TNT deal might just be for broadcast rights, though.

IX will definitely show up on Disney+ first, probably by the middle of next year after the blu-ray’s been out a couple months, but won’t show up on tbs/tnt until the end of 2021 at the earliest. Yeah, you can also watch them online, but that’s technically going through your cable provider first since I don’t think you can get those channels without a cable subscription of some sort.

For purposes of legality, “streaming” is considered something entirely different from the tnt/tbs deal.
