Hey Babyhum,

I noticed on the torrent info of BH001 (new release) you mention the inclusion of some Palitoy ads!! I have been trying to track these down with some Palitoy collectors in the UK for some time without much success. Do you happen to know which ads they are?? (v excited)

They are all Return Of The Jedi era. Ewok Village, plush Ewok, Speeder Bike, Rancor, TIE Interceptor, Mini Rigs, Scout Walker.

These Palitoy ads have been taken from the BabyHum release, ripped to DIVX and posted on our favourite Usenet Newsgroup..........

They were all recorded by myself in 1983 on Betamax and transferred to miniDV a couple of years ago. That's all the Palitoy commercials I have but I do have quite a few more pieces of vintage footage that will eventually end up as extras on my future releases.

Baby Hum, the cover that you made for bh007 Deleted magic, is there any chance that you can update it so that the word "Baby Hum" does not appear in the middle of the front cover as well as that the number 7 appears on the spine? In other words so that this covers is similar to bh001-bh004?
Apart from that, great releases, love them all!

Those commercials are fantastic and the quality is exceptional. Thanks for including them. I hope you don't mind me spreading them around on a.b.sw.

Sorry, it should have been the Heroes & Villains release. Perhaps you shuld rename your releases so that when they are re-released there is someway to differ them from the previous releases? And for those of us who do not want to download the whole disc again, perhaps you could up just the artwork? I would love to have the artwork from the original Heroes and Villains disc for instance that can be seen on the back of the cover of bh007.

I have just downloaded bh003 from myspleen. First of all is this the new version from Baby Hum as it seems to be missing the artwork and the Extras: Channel Four's 'The 100 Greatest FIlms' clip? If it isn't where can I find it and bh004?

The new versions of bh002,3 & 4 should be online within the next few days. The only re-release available at the moment is bh001.

OK. Let's clear things up. In answer to many PM's and emails here is what is happening.

1) The ENTIRE babyhum collection is being rereleased. Titles 1 thru 4 (remastered) are currently on myspleen. Any versions of 5 thru 8 currently available are obsolete and are being rereleased in numerical order.

2) The babyhum collection does not end at bh008. Just because I'm working with DigitalFreakNYC on his Indy material does not mean I'm forgetting my collection. In fact, some future babyhum releases will be using source material provided by DigitalFreakNYC. And believe me, the quality of his stuff is incredible. (digital transfers!)

3) There are certain parties currently offering my material on eBay and usenet claiming it to be theirs. I believe they are members of this forum. If this continues I will start watermarking or cease releasing all together. I would like as many people to see this stuff but not if somebody else is taking credit for it. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
