How did you make this? you did an incredible job (No pun intended) but how did you recreate this?
Thank you. I used Lumetri Color in Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2018. I just played with the exposure and contrast until I felt it looked good, then I had the shadows or the whites flicker from dark to light or light to dark each frame so it gave the flashing effect.
