its all about GroupThink. People feel more empowered when they can band together and point their finger at a common “enemy”.
Please tell me I’m not the only one who sees the irony in this statement given the context of the conversation?
Personally I reached a point a while back (probably around the time fan preservations of the OOT began surpassing official release quality) where I don’t really care about the “fandom”. I enjoy the Star Wars I like, dismiss the Star Wars’s I don’t, and ignore all the hate and vitriol online.
