Well you just showed me where that shot goes… But I have got it to a point where it makes complete sense now as in the Backgrounds stay the same and the orientation is correct but it is a bit shorter.

So i have got it there pretty much now… Why not do the rotoscope for the alternate take? Looks like you have the ability to do it and the software…
