Idea:

End Revenge of the Sith with the birth of the twins (implied to be on the blockade runner), and end with the runner jumping into hyperspace/flying in hyperspace.

I don’t hate the binary sunset ending, but it’s the most obvious conclusion to the movie imaginable. This idea leaves a little more open to the imagination. It would also be fun to end one movie with the blockade runner and open the next with it.

Maybe even have the Blockade runner on Dagobah while Padmé gives birth, helping add some lore to Luke’s ‘this place seems farmiliar’ line in Empire.
