I have considered placing Holdo in the scene of the Hosnian destruction, where only a few of the ships in the Republic fleet would escape. This change would serve several purposes, not least among them having Holdo represent the Republic and its flaws.

- Idea: Has anyone attempted to put Holdo in The Force Awakens so that her character doesn't feel shoehorned into The Last Jedi?
