When the new 'mini-series' first aired I couldn't stand watching it after a few minutes, but thanks to the DVD release I gave it another chance and when seeing it without commercials I really dug it. Then watched through the first season and -BANG! I was hooked like a junkie!

When the new 'mini-series' first aired I couldn't stand watching it after a few minutes, but thanks to the DVD release I gave it another chance and when seeing it without commercials I really dug it. Then watched through the first season and -BANG! I was hooked like a junkie! That is how I took it as well, but wasn't sure which one he then they preferred. starkiller's comments then did confuse me a bit as I thought him and dayv's comments were they preferred the original over the new one and didn't give it a chance. I was more leaning towards starkiller in the "did you give a chance" statement but grouped dayv in there as well. My mistake for that. But I am glad that the fans of the original weren't closed minded enough not to give it a chance and that they do enjoy it now.
