Nope, he looks terrible. Unfortunately he looks terrible in the entire movie (ROTS). He doesn't look like the emperor from ROTJ. His skin is so weird. It looks vertically stretched or something. But I do like the cover!

A bit harsh. I think he looks like the emperor when you seehim say "Every single Jedi..."
