It’s actually easiest to put it on an external drive and plug it directly into the 4K TV and play it that way. It won’t work on a PS4 (overly restrictive requirements for 4K media, such as it has to be h264, which the 4K releases from TN1 are h265), and I dunno about an Xbox.
On Xbox One you can definitely play it via Kodi. Not sure about the native apps, but I expect not.
