^ I’ve posted this here as despite it be ‘current news’ - issues surrounding veterans care and their well-being after they leave the services dates back for a long time now historically - something that obviously wasn’t and still isn’t being addressed enough, either through funding - or adequate psychological, emotional and professional assistance - or just a helping hand.
