I’m not sure if it’s the same featurette included on the VHS, but an 11-min archive making-of for Darkman 2 is included in the same German trilogy boxset from Koch Media that also includes the only official release of the Darkman TV pilot: https://ssl.ofdb.de/view.php?page=fassung&fid=84329&vid=416578
