I haven’t heard of it. Do you have any links to places (here or otherwise) where it has been talked about? It’s possible that it could have begun to go by a different name at some point; any kind of discussion online about the edit will provide some clues as to what happened with it.
As ChainsawAsh says in the Index thread above, if you can recall the editors’ name on here, or when it was posted, or some of the content/changes made for the Edit, then someone may be able to help you mate.
Are you sure it was posted up on here - and not on one of the other similar themed fan edit sites out there? When putting ‘The Last Jedi recut Sobofilms’ into google there are references to it on FE.org - and also this:-
