NON-Star Wars Fan Edit and Alternate DVD Covers SHOWCASE — Page 23

Another offering from my anachronistic video library, here's a reworked UK rental cover for the Blu-ray of The Dark Crystal:

Photobucket

This is just intended to replace the retail cover (unless there's an edit or preservation I'm not aware of), which is a gaudy monstrosity that I assume was designed by someone who hadn't even seen the film. Hope you like it, I certainly had fun making my first Blu-ray cover and will probably try something Star Warsy next...

Get it here.

Kinda glad I found this thread since I didn’t know if the DVD cover section of this site was for Star Wars only. Anyways I’ve made a bunch of VHS styled DVD covers based off of the Universal Monsters video collection from the early '90’s. Below are a select few then I have a question.

I have more but just wanted to share a few to get my point across. Anyways I have a question. Most of the textless artworks I used for the front covers I found on customaniacs but there’s still a number of artworks I’m still looking for. Does anyone have or can assist in locating the textless prints of the front artworks for any of the following films??

Dracula
Dracula (Spanish Version)
Frankenstein
The Mummy
Murders in the Rue Morgue
Bride of Frankenstein
Son of Frankenstein (with the reflection of Boris Karloff as the Monster)
Tower of London
The Mummy’s Hand
The Monster and the Girl
Man Made Monster
The Wolf Man
Captive Wild Woman
Phantom of the Opera (1943)
The Mad Ghoul
House of Horrors
Creature from the Black Lagoon

Just to reiterate what exactly Im looking for heres the artworks I used for the front covers of the covers I posted above.

Basically Im looking for the artworks to the movies I listed but textless like those.

I’d LOVE to find the one for Creature From The Black Lagoon but in Bluray size for a Sony PS disc case. I did a cap of my VHS from this series for her.

Two 20th Century Fox releases I took a shot at a while back. Back of the Covenant one is the official R1 one, I’ll go back and add a custom one when I have more time on my hands.

I tried to turn the steelbook cover for Star Trek: Beyond into a regular cover. It’s… not great.

Jaws Movie Poster Blu-Ray Cover

Made this custom blu-ray cover for “Jaws” based on the theatrical movie poster from 1975.

Jaws 2 Horror Theme Blu-Ray Cover

And this one was inspired by the Japanese B2 poster for the sequel.

Sorry just caught this response now. I actually have a few BD versions of these. I’ll send a link. Might be difficult to do BD covers for all these since some of these movies are only available in Legacy Sets.

Does anyone here know of some quality dvd or bluray covers for Disney’s The Black Hole?
I’ve never liked any of the official covers, and was wondering if some talented people on here may have made some?
Or people may know where there are some?
TIA.

The bulk of the ones I’ve found were through a site called Customaniacs but I’ve found others through other sites I’ve stumbled on usually by accident. I’ve even tried contacting universalclips about getting the images through licensing but with no success.
