JEDIT: Although the filters could be toned down a bit, on the Star Destroyer it’s a tad too blue and for the Obi-Wan/Padme one the sharpening’s a bit intense. Yet still a drastic improvement over the original.
Mostly me trying to match my perception of the OT. To me, that’s what Star Destroyers should look like (whether they’re actually that strongly blue in any release or not isn’t super important, as I know it’s only a matter of time before I do edits of the OT).
For the Obi-wan pic, I always think back to ANH where you get this really striking detail in Guinness’s face and beard (here’s a still from Nev’s tech project: https://diff.pics/ZuURWIoFcGN-/11). It’ll take some tweaking to get it right for sure, though.
