Not really. Let me see...

3D modeling- Truespace 3.2
Video editting- I rarely do ANY video editting, but for the small things I do, Microsoft Movie Maker built in to WinXP does the job just fine for me.
Sound editting- Again, like with video, I rarely do it, but when I do, Cool Edit is all I need.
Graphics- I use Paint Shop Pro 6 and it works just great for my needs.
Programming- I own Visual Studio 6. All the programming I need for both standalong apps and web.
Desktop Publishing- I do this less than video editting, but when I do, I use Publisher on a PC at work.
Gaming- My PC will run practically any game I throw at it (except Command and Conquer...for some reason). A substitute teacher I had once told a story that he had to get a Mac emulator FOR HIS MAC to run a kids game for his granddaughter.

I've never found a situation where I EVER said to myself Boy, I wish I had a Mac here to do this better. or A Mac would have been easier to learn to do this on.
No Mac I've ever been on performed any task better than a PC.
A high school Online Journalism class was my last long-term contact with anything Mac. I've never used a more tempermental computer. It would crash doing any number of things (including as my cursor was on the shut down menu choice) and it was not very fast doing anything.
