The reason I would need a program to replace AC3 with PCM in one shot (while keeping video intact) is because for some reason, Vegas Movie Studio is automatically doing a pulldown from 29.97 to 24 fps. Only problem is that the time ruler doesn't realize that, and it shows the video as running shorter than it actually does. So when I try to add a .wav file, the wav (which shows up at the correct length of time) is too long, and I can't edit video and sound together (Movie Studio doesn't recognize AC3). I don't want to export yet, because when I do, it'll be uncompressed AVI (which I can compress to MPEG-2 with a better program than the one built into Vegas.
