It may be a crude post, but it's true. I hate it too.
I also hate the fact that I took my car, affectionately referred to as 'The Falcon' to have some bodywork done and they done a totally crap job that I could have done better myself and now I am arguing on the phone with them trying to make them fix it.
In fact, I hate mechanics.
