Wow! I have been an RD fan since series 2. I was just putting together a DVD of all the bits I could find relating to the USA pilot, which I lost some time back.
I then started searching for the 10th anniversary and found this thread. Sounds like a real labour of love!
Is the DVD out and finished yet ? I would love to have this in my collection. Any chance of the Mega links?
