Kanye West has got to be one of the stupidest people in human history. This is no surprise though because almost 40% of Trump supporters wish that the South had won the Civil War, so he’s right at home with the rest of the pro-slavery crowd.
The 13th Amendment didn’t abolish all slavery.
I am probably going to get in trouble for this: I don’t consider requiring convicted prisoners to work under reasonable conditions to be slavery. I think it is part of their punishment for the crime they are convicted of. If it is believed that the conditions are too harsh or too much work is required for a given crime, arguing that the 8th amendment was violated is the solution.
