There were two versions?
There's also:
2 different Obi-wan Kenobis...grey hair and white hair. (I've got grey)
2 different Lando Calrissians...with and without teeth showing. (I've got with teeth)
2 different Jawas...cloth cape and the extremely rare vinyl cape. (Alas...mine's cloth)
2 different Luke Skywalkers...classic lightsaber and telescoping lightsaber. (Never had the ANH Luke...just the ROTJ Luke and the X-Wing Pilot Luke)

And 2 Hoth Rebel Soldiers, one with molded backup, one without. (I have both)

I have both Obi Wans, both Landos, both Jawas (or, I did, the vinyl cape tore when I was young), and the telescoping saber Luke.

there was also 2 snaggletooth's but thats a pretty well known variation.

Chaltab.

I suggest you scan you computer with some fancy virus checking software. may i suggest http://housecall.trendmicro.com/ and http://www.pandasoftware.com/products/activescan/com/activescan_principal.htm. And it would also be prudent to check for spyware
http://www.safer-networking.org/en/index.html.

then, since your running xp, its in your best interest to have a virus program installed as well as a firewall (even if its just the windows firewall) Take the time to configure it as its worth it.

hmmm, now that i gave all that info i realize i should have asked a few other questions.
1) have you rebooted? and if so does this problem still occur?
2) are you having other issues? (ie, whats the reason you initially tried to open the taskmanager)

I would then ask if anything out of place is running, but kinda hard to check if you cant run task manager

Yep

Han Solo - Big Head

Han Solo - Small Head

I think I've got the big head. How'd they end up with two?

Yep. I actually consider them both to be different figures since they really are that different. Not the same as two different sized heads on Han Solo in my mind. And, therefore, I consider the blue Snaggletooth to be one of the figures I need to complete my collection. I have seen the blue Snaggletooth before as friends of mine had him when I was a kid. I always thought he was the coolest damn thing in the world especially since the short Snaggletooth was always one of my favorite figures. Still want to get him. Just can't find him at a reasonable price.

Warbler, not sure exactly why. I would assume they were trying to improve on the mold. I mean the big headed one looks terrible. Not that the small head is that much better but at least he has the part in his hair.

What about the part about the red snaggletooth being unofficially from the holiday special?

that link i posted was the first i heard about that, but I had heard plenty about the 2 figures before.

heh, I just thought of something, I think sometimes people take events from some movies/shows as references to SW when in reality its just a coincidence or its just something unintentional that you can convince yourself is a parallel to SW. So anyway, this is a long way of saying, The red snaggletooth 'vs' the blue snaggletooth is like the red vs blue in HALO

I think the designers of the game were making a nod to star wars geeks everywhere

I figured if anything, the blue one may have been from the HS. Red Snaggle was in ANH. They show him in the Cantina reaching, two handed, for a drink at the bar. Never saw the blue one in the movie.

while I agree with your comments, according to the guy in the article i linked they changed certain aspects of the figure (red snaggletooth) that makes it appear more like a very similar character that is in the cantina in the holiday special. and he also says that the picture shown on the card is taken from the holiday special.

like i said, thats the first i heard of that, and was mainly wondering if anyone had ever heard that before and what your opinions on it (it being the comments in the article) were

Ah, he's full of monkey spunk. It's the Snags from the ANH cantina. Heck, the figure was released before the HS was aired, wasn't he? I dunno. I don't care. How many of the Cantina figures for ANH actually look like the ones that showed up on screen? Very few had enough screentime for us to really tell. They could take any liberty they wanted in the design phase and we'd be none the wiser.
