This is all good stuff - keep 'em coming no matter how trivial or 'well known'.
I'm hoping that some of the more pedantic of you out there will start really looking for the little things, and start to catalogue it all.
Once we have a decent list of items, I will add a point form list to the front page of this thread so that we don't go over the same things.
