I’m pretty concerned about how a Trump Supreme Court will handle the rights defended by the Supreme Court in the past. I think restricting gay marriage (and gay rights in general), restricting abortion and birth control rights, as well as the protection of draconian obscenity laws could end up being forced on us by this fascistic rightwing court that Trump wants to construct.
