There was a shot where two Y-Wings disappear for a frame or two. I can't remember exactly where it was but I think it was a cockpit shot of Gold Leader.

On the last shot of the TIEs in the trench, the left hand TIE was missing in the first couple of frames.

I say was because both of those were fixed on the DVD, and that was my source.
