I’ve been making stir fry for dinner alot lately. It’s so efficient. Cheap, healthy, delicious. I use broccoli, carrots, chow mein noodles, snow peas, baby corn, water chestnuts, bell peppers, white onions, red peppers, and chicken and beef. (Some of it is blended in one package because I use frozen vegetables. I know I’m a cheater but I still season and sauté it myself). I season with ginger powder, garlic, (if I didn’t use white onions in the fry then I’ll add onion powder also), lots of red pepper because possessed likes spice, then top it off with reduced sodium soy sauce. It makes me feel like captain of the squad.
