Well I accidentally took my blood pressure medicine twice today. Took it before work and then for some reason thought I forgot to take it when I got home from lunch so I took it again, then I suddenly had the flashback of taking it this morning. So I dumped then on the table and counted them and sure enough one is missing. So I feel super weird. I’m sure nothing is going to happen but I’m gonna be worried about it all day and I’m gonna feel like crap and paranoid that something bad is going to happen even though it almost certainly won’t. And now I’m afraid to drink… But i really want to.
