This week my father and I saw Soylent Green on Blu-ray, and I was baffled by the review it was given on the blu-ray.com website about the video quality. The reviewer gave it a 3/5 rating and criticized the gritty look of the movie, but personally I thought the movie looked gorgeous and had the exact look a low-budget movie from the early 1970s is supposed to have.
