I used to be into my cell, but now I don't carry it with me. It's so nice when people can't contact you.
I carry a small pocket address book instead.
Although, I recently found my old Nokia 7110 Matrix flip phone, and may start using it again, in which case I will carry it everywhere and hope someone rings me so I can flick it open.
