Actually, I'm not sure that last one is correct, otherwise I'm sure more presidents would have run for a 3rd or more terms.
(Although, on the other hand I think it was an unspoken rule set down by George Washington in his final speech).

I think he made it 4 terms because no one wanted to remove him in the middle of WW2.
