I said a can of crushed tomatoes. Not a crushed can of tomatoes. What I really mean is diced skinned tomatoes that I smushed a little bit with a potato masher. How my mom always does it/refers to them.

I guess if I had mad cow I’d be pretty angry. I’m not sure cows are capable of such emotional responses, especially if they have mad cow disease.

I know, I just thought it was funny that you called it “mad cow” without the disease part. Never mind.
My parents had an irrational fear of mad cow during that “outbreak” about 10-15 years ago. Probably saved them hours by not saying “disease” every time. It stuck I guess.
