it’s alright. So your memory is not that good then.
I just feel that when these groups shout. they use excuses that have no real meaning. It will be the are to many men in the film not enough women or vice versa The cast is not ethnically diverse enough and so on.
But if I watch a film, the last thing I about these sorts of questions.
I like films from all over the world and they do not have to be in English. I watch a film to follow the story. But injecting these sorts of view points like it does not have enough of this or it has too much of that and people yelling about stuff that does not even enter my mind. This makes me want to distance myself from anything like this because i hate it and it’s really horrid.
i don’t recall hearing about any groups shouting those things? maybe you are misremembering… I recall hearing of fringe groups complaining about the exact opposite (that there was an agenda to insert women and racial diversity at the expense of making sense).
I too like to watch my movies and not try to complain about the diversity of the cast.
