I prefer the non-SE lines myself, but they definitely aren't SE changes. I'm not sure what mixes they were used in originally. The R2 line was actually what was in the script, whereas the 'don't taste so good' line was just one of Mark's improvisations. Possibly the same with the Han line (in fact with that particular line I think there were quite a few more variations). So really, the versions you were used to could be just as easily considered 'changes' to the trilogy, and not the original.
