I’ve been having so much trouble sleeping lately. I’ll lie down to go to sleep at 11:30, then find myself still awake at 12:30 and start stressing about how tired I’m going to be in the morning, which in turn causes me to lose more sleep. I’m not even that stressed about life and my bed is super comfy, I don’t know why I’m struggling to fall asleep.
I used to do that quite often when I was younger. It might not be related, but if you drink soda or energy drinks, try reducing the amount. Or even just sugary snacks.
