I also had the same or a similar thought.
In any event, my wife uses melatonin and it works well enough for her. But she says she has to take it early enough otherwise she’s groggy in the morning.

I’ve decided recently that I am no longer going to put forth any effort whatsoever into being a productive member of society and will just quit my job, hide inside, and wait patiently for all of my money to run out, which will actually take a good year or two as long as I don’t waste too much of it. I usually have a couple different jobs every month because I often quit really fast because they all make me sick. It’s the way to go because I’ve failed for years to accomplish that I don’t even think is worth accomplishing.

They make me sick because the only jobs I can get are ones that involve me being approached by person after person and talking on the phone with strangers about things that I don’t know and that makes me literally sick to the point of nearly collapsing. I’ve had one job that I enjoyed but it was an old college part-time campus job that obviously I can’t do these days.
