If “under any circumstance” includes when quoting something, when referring to the word itself, or when writing or playing a character, then yes I absolutely would say that that person is being childish and can’t understand context. I don’t understand why that’s unreasonable.
I think that most black people would get what I’m saying here and not shrug me off as some ignorant, mean white person. I, unlike most white Americans, actually do acknowledge the racism that still exists in this country. I actually am outraged by our racist justice system and our militant, guns-a-blazin’ police forces. I actually am outraged that our nationalistic buffoon of a president and our nationalistic population condemn and slander black athletes as unpatriotic for daring to peacefully protest during the sacred national anthem (which apparently these nationalistic assholes think is more sacred than lives of this country’s citizens). I actually do care that our bought-and-paid-for politicians vote in favor of policies that result in the unjust mass-incarceration of black people so that the private prison industry can make some extra money. I actually am in favor of protesting in the streets demanding that our systems change. So hopefully me not wanting to pointlessly substitute a child-like euphemism in order to water down a word that I consider hateful won’t taint my image in the eyes of black America.
