i think most of us would like for off-topic to go back to being just one category. how about we put it to a vote? it was much easier when it was all under one category.

To be clear: I think the extra split is a horrible idea.
The divisions do tend to lend some clarity to this site, albeit at the expense of expediency…or, if one may consider it from another direction: the site has expediently offered clarity to topics whilst simultaneously denying the same original ease of use…or, perhaps more properly still, the expeditious clarity with which the site has sought to deliver the meritorious rendering of its topics has taxed some of us most exactingly and exceedingly with the new need to multi-task our multi-tabs more actively…!

Is there any particular reason why? I find when I sleep long enough, it gets easier to keep sleeping, even when I’m not tired.

I understand this sentiment…it can be difficult to meld with a society whose aims often seem so foreign to one’s own…but further still, it can also be very taxing to attempt to put in a solid effort when all returns seemingly amount to very little of substance…yet understand that one has an impact even in the smallest possible circles…it is important not to surrender completely to despair least those who might rely upon us even in the smallest ways be made to suffer…but even more importantly it is necessary to comprehend that there are those who have not even yet met us who may yet benefit from such an encounter.

I see your point, but no one relies on me and I’m not much into this whole benefiting others concept.
