You'd better be able to answer "yes, of course!" to the question, "You do have a commercial usenet server account, don't you?" before you start askin' for reposts...

I'm getting only three parts messed up, and that's just on my ISP's server. Haven't checked Giganews, but I suspect it's perfect.

With that many parts missing (and stuff still being posted/propagated), I suspect you are relying solely on your ISP's budget server. Either (a) give it a bit more time; or (b) take advantage of one of the many commercial servers that'll give you a trial account for several days.
