About Maul I disagree.
This is a spinoff, so first of all it is meant to be watched after the OT.
Plus, I think it is nice to see someone (Maul) that you don’t know at the beginning, and to have the revelation after a few minutes, that he is a Sith Lord.
You can have some doubts about who he is, but when he uses his lightsaber you find out that he is a Sith. The scene is of course meant to set the threat.

But thank you for the suggestions about the opening titles. I’ll reduce caps words and rewrite something about the war, the separatist and the Sith to make it sound easier.
