I don’t see how, if “Darth” is a title, calling him “Lord Darth Vader” is any different than saying “Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II” or “His Royal Highness Prince William”.
There’s lots of silly formalities out there (many of them British, lol) where people are referred to by multiple titles in one go. Why can’t Star Wars have that?
