Seeing it again tonight. Really hoping it works for me this time.

Not sure if this is just me, but these Disney-era Star Wars film never feel “right” just after the first viewing. It takes repeated viewings to really take it all in and come out with an opinion. For example, I had to see TFA six or seven times before I could honestly say “That was amazing.” Same applies to both RO and TLJ.

The difference between my experiences with the prior films and SOLO is that I was actually entertained with the past three films. From beginning to end, I was not once invested in SOLO – and that is really unfortunate because there’s a lot to like about it.
