It does indeed, I had forgotten. The latest version of Premiere CC has a machine learning tool that can colormatch two similar shots, but it’s nowhere near as good as Dre’s. It could however get you closer to the right color, and from there you might be able to tweak it.
I think Dre was working on a similar machine learning algorithm that didn’t require exact frames, but I don’t think he’s released it for general use. Not sure if it’s in a usable enough state to try on this scene, but you might be able to ask him and see if he’ll give it a go.
