Now that I’ve looked a little more carefully, I see that huge amounts of the frame were replaced (most of the sky, ground, etc). Presumably that makes it much easier to clean, when only a few objects on screen are carried over from the original (though they do generally look good). Handy for avoiding the enormous tramline scratches and such, but it has me managing my expectations for what can be done with purely the original frames!
Actually I have the version with no elements just raw footage cleaned up, no as clean as this but it’s like 90 percent cleaner than the original as that as far as 8 could with the raw footage, it only then that I decided to go with the method that you see now, the first stage of clean took a very long time
