5/10 for me is “competent, but I don’t like it,” so I pretty well disagree as well.
Letter grades, at least in the US (can’t speak for others) are total bullshit.

I cannot stand our letter grade system where everyone feels the need to have all A’s in classes which means you AT LEAST need to get 90% or above on all your tests and quizzes. Most of my classes it is 93 % or above.
