I thought everyone should take a look at something that a man named Ivan Ortega is undertaking. He is completely reworking the Kylo/Luke duel and him and his friend will be dressing up as them and making it an actual fight.

There he explains the idea. They will paint Luke and Kylo out of some of the wide shots and then use those as the landscape for which to put themselves onto after they film themselves fighting in the garb of Luke and Kylo. It will intercut with the real film footage as well.
