It also would depend on where you were and who you were talking to. If you’re wearing a baseball cap on Madison Avenue trying to talk to some big corporate guy then he probably won’t take you seriously. If you’re walking down mainstreet on your way to the grocery store or the barber shop, then why would people not take you seriously?
