Yeah, but there's really no need to do it. We know that Obi-Wan is killed. We know the Death Star has been destroyed. And, you know, it just might be possible that Luke was the one who did it, too. We know Tarkin is dead. We know Vader escaped. All it does is repeat information that's been shown elsewhere. It's worse than exposition because, rather than just explaining something through dialogue instead of showing it, it would show the events and then explain it again. I'm fairly certain that in practically every movie, if a scene like that existed, it would have been the first thing to end up on the cutting room floor.
